All S1 Helmets that we ship to Customers Will Ship with ALL sizes of fitting pads. 
The LIFER helmet as we ship them will accommodate head sizes ranging from 20.5″ through 23.5″ including 6 fitting pads.

* The S1 Lifer Helmet is certified for E-bikes riders up to 15 mph. If you want more protection check out the S1 Retro Lifer E-Helmets which are NTA 8776 Certified for speeds up to 28 mph.
