The Kizer Level 3.1 Powerblade Frames improve on the Level 3 with unparalleled speed and large wheel access to aggressive skating. These can ride flat up to 72mm wheel Frame Length. A welcomed change is the addition of raised sidewall bumpers between the front and back axle slots. These bumpers will help protect the axles from damage and with lock ins and balance on grinds.
