These are sold in pairs and are for ADJUSTABLE TOESTOP PLATES ONLY, i.e your skates currently have stoppers with adjustable height control – these will not work with regular screw-on toestops which are usually 6mm wide on the screw. The screw head on the Jam plugs  is 1.58cm wide.
